To all collectives, groups, individuals, organisations and other associations that want to give solidarity with Ruben and Ignasi

As you already know, last 9th of February, three
anarchist comrades have been arrested, accused of
actions of sabotage and arson attacks, one against the bank of Sabadell and the other against the CIRE (a kind of temp agency for prisoners). At the same time they are accused of being leadership figures in the radical anarchist movement in Barcelona, having participated actively in the organisation of talks, debates and demonstrations in support of anarchist and/or revolutionary prisoners. One of the comrades has been released the same day of his arrest. This comrade, an Italian, was arrested because he found himself spending the night in the same house where Ignasi passed some of his time, and more simply, just for being Italian, since other people of different nationalities that were in the same house, were not arrested. In fact the Italian comrade got interrogated for several hours about the anarchist movement in Italy.
The other comrades were kept under arrest in the hands of the Mossos de Esquadra (catalan police), until Sunday when they passed to declare in front of a judge, who decided to give preventive prison for both of them. At the beginning they were held in the Modelo prison, until they got dispersed two days later, Ruben in the Can Brians prison (Martorell) and Ignasi in the Quatre Camins prison (la Roca).
For this we need your solidarity, in a first instance, by sending a massive number of faxes and
telegrams to the court house and judge dealing with thir case (Juzgado de Instruccion n.13 of Barcelona) which is at the following address : Passeig Lluis
